Canada Malting Co.LTD, a major processor of barley malt for domestic and foreign brewers and distillers, is currently recruiting for an ASSISTANT MANAGER to manage their grain elevators in Niobe, Alberta. This person will be responsible for procuring malting barley and other grains within their operating area. They will be responsble for buying grains from farmers while ensuring all purchases are within CMC quality specifications. They will assist in developing area grain budgets and will help coordinate grain deliveries to elevator and end use destinations. They will also assist in the operation and management of the Niobe Bagging Facility.
